Welcome to VMMPL, India’s largest manufacturer of W beam crash barriers. With two state-of-the-art plants and a capacity of 12,000 MT (500 Km) per month, we are well-equipped to meet the demands of the market.
At VMMPL, we believe in delivering only the best quality products to our customers. We source our raw materials from reputed vendors such as SAIL and Hindustan Zinc, based on monthly MOUs, to ensure sufficient quantity and quality. Our in-house testing laboratory conducts regular checks on both raw materials and finished goods to ensure that only the highest standards are maintained.
We understand the importance of timely delivery, which is why we have a 24*7 logistics and dispatch department with a 1-2 day delivery period pan-India. We also maintain a ready stock of 50 km at all times, so that our customers never have to wait for their orders.
Our sister concern boasts four, 12.8-meter-long in-house galvanization units with a capacity of 12,000 MT/month. Using 99.9% pure zinc, we ensure that our GI is of the highest quality. We adhere to quality norms set by Indian (MORTH, IRC) and American boards (AASHTO), and our products are crash tested as per the European standard (EN1317-2).
